Tank Shipment Policy - All Tanks Ship empty to comply with Department of Transportation Regulations. Tanks can be filled at your local field, sporting goods, welding or paintball shop.

Shipping - Orders ship the same day if ordered by 12pm pst excluding weekends and holidays. Zephyr Sports ships using USPS, UPS or Fedex from our southern California warehouse. Orders arrive in 1-7 business days. Tracking will be provided as soon as the order ships. Tracking numbers may take 24 hours to be active.

30 Day Return Policy - All returns require authorization prior to being sent in. Please make contact through eBay for an RMA#. Returns will only be accepted for orders with new, un-used items w/ their original packaging in tact within the first 30 Days of receiving your order. Buyer pays for all return shipping + standard restock fee. Any items sent back in used or damaged condition will be subject to additional fees determined upon inspection. All defective product claims need to be addressed by the manufacturer's tech department prior to being accepted as an approved return. Approved defective product returns will be replaced within the first 30 days of receiving order. Manufacturer's warranty goes into affect thereafter.
